PAKISTANI SINDHI BIRYANI RECIPE
800 gm of mutton/ chicken
1 cup curd
4 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
2-3 teaspoons red chili powder
1 kasmiri chili powder
1 teaspoons biryani masala
1 teaspoons haldi
1 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoons coriander powder
5-6 green chilies
Salt to taste
1/2 cup oil
2tbs ghee optional
Whole garam masala
Boil water with whole garam masala n salt add drops of lemon. When water start boiling add rice n cook only 70-75%
In a pot add oil and fry onion till golden fry, take half onion for later use.. Now add mutton/ chicken and roast on high flame till it’s changes color, now add ginger garlic paste and all dry masala flame should b on high.. Now it start living oil then low the flame and add well beaten curd.. If you are making with mutton than take 3-4 whistle or till mutton gets cook.
Take potato and cut into big pieces and fry in the oil till light golden brown..
Cut tomato in round shape and keep.
Now take cooked gravy add green chilies pudina and coriander and mix…
First layer cooked gravy put fried potato, tomato, pudina , coriander and sprinkle fried onion. Now spread rice over it.. On top add 2 teaspoon oil.. Orange and yellow color.. Sprinkle fried onion pudina and coriander and keep on light fair for 10-15 mins.. Don’t open the cover of the vessel.. After 15-20 mins serve with raita..😊😊
2 green chilies, pudina, coriander paste
Mix all ingredients with curd and Enjoy .
